My Passion…

My name is Debbie Porter. Along with my Business Manager Tom Porter, we own & operate Career PlanIt. Through my life & career, I have always found myself in official and informal roles that put me in a position to teach, guide & mentor. Mid-career, I started my own career exploration which has led me back to the counseling and assessment roots where my career began. While I have enjoyed so many of the work roles in which I have been fortunate to gain great experiences and the colleagues with whom I have been blessed to know, bond with, and learn from, career coaching is a passion, combining so many of my interests and strengths.
